Warranty & Return Policy

Swimwear is considered an intimate garment, we do not accept returns on any of our swimwear bottoms. However, we do accept the return of our swimwear tops, that are unworn, with all the right tags attached. Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.


Due to limited available quantities, we currently only process returns/exchanges for store credit for items that are received damaged.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

We only accept inquiries for items purchased from

Shipping fees, Terms & Order processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

We currently only ship within MEXICO. Our preferred method of shipment is DHL. We are currently working on the ability to ship to other countries.

Please take into account all shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Mexico. We aim to deliver within seven (7) working days from the date when the order is placed.
